You can return your items using the EASY RETURN service, offered by GIGLIO.COM, and arrange the collection of your return with one of our couriers. Once you have completed the return procedure online, simply print the label, attach it to the outside of the box and schedule the pickup from the courier's website.
Depending on the country you are returning from, printing the invoice may be required.
The EASY RETURN service is free in Italy.
