We inform you that the legal guarantee of conformity protects the Customer in case of purchase of faulty items, or items that don't respond to the use declared by the seller or for which that item is generally intended.
If you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement by the seller, free of charge, unless the requested repair is impossible or excessively expensive. If a replacement or a repair is not possible, you are nevertheless entitled to a price reduction or a refund of the value of the product.
In the event of a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Please provide detailed information about the defect found along with some pictures. The team will review your request and provide a solution to the issue as soon as possible.
Manufacturer return for faulty items
If a defect in an item is reported after the 14 days established by our Return Policy, we will request photos from the customer showing the defect and will make a preliminary assessment.
Subsequently, we may request to receive the item from the customer to submit it to the manufacturing brand, which can either approve or reject the defect report.
Please note that:
* during the August company closures of the manufacturing brands, all manufacturer return requests will be forwarded starting from September 1st;
* during the Christmas holidays in December, all manufacturer return requests will be forwarded starting from January 7th;
During these periods, the offices or laboratories of the manufacturing brands may require more time to process our Customer Service report.
