Easy Return is a service offered by GIGLIO.COM that allows you to return one or more items through one of our couriers.
You can return your items - unworn, undamaged and unused - within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund of the price of the items or a Store Credit to be used sitewide, with no time limits.
Please keep in mind items cannot be exchanged. The items to be returned must be shipped from the same country where you received them.
- Login by clicking on Login with your e-mail and password.
- Click on My Orders to access the history of your orders.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Make sure to select the item(s) you intend to return and their quantities.
- Choose the refund option you prefer: a Store Credit for your next purchase or a refund to your bank account.
- If you're returning your item(s) from outside Italy, click on: "Yes, I want to schedule a collection" if you want to print your return label. Remember the collection of your return won't be scheduled automatically.
- Click the Start return process button.
- Download and print the label that you have automatically generated upon completion of the process, by clicking Download the return label.
- If you purchased from an extra EU country, make sure to also download the proforma invoice.
- Check that you have received our confirmation e-mail.
- Contact the courier to arrange the collection of your package.
- You will find the return you generated in the My Returns section.
