Once we receive your order, we will verify that all the above-mentioned requirements have been met: if the item has been sent back correctly, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase your order, and it will include the VAT and any additional fees. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded.
Refunds usually take a few days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you used the cash-on-delivery payment method, the refund will be issued by bank transfer.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive Store Credit - equivalent to the amount of the returned item(s) - that you can use sitewide with no time limit.
We'd like to remind you that in case of partial returns of orders where a minimum expense discount was applied (e.g. €20 discount), the discount will be deducted from the refund if the residual amount of the order after the return is less than the minimum spend required to take advantage of the discount.
