You can return your items in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date, and receive a refund or Store Credit to use sitewide with no time limit. Please keep in mind items cannot be exchanged. The items to be returned must be shipped back to us from the same country where you received them.
We remind you to safely pack the items in their original GIGLIO.COM box. If that's not possible, use a neutral, sturdy box to make sure the items arrive intact.
If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.
Return by registered user
If you are a registered user, you can track the status of your return directly from your account. To return one or more items:
- go to the My Orders section of your account and select the order;
- select the item(s) you wish to return, explain the reason for the return, and select your preferred return option.
Return by guest user
If you are a guest user, you will have to enter the e-mail address you used at the time of purchase and the order number, which you can find in the order confirmation e-mail.

Prepare your return
After completing the online request, prepare your return by carefully following these instructions:
- check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packaged with care and in an orderly manner;
- check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the item;
- returned items must be unworn, or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
- footwear must be tried on a carpet or clean surface and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging.
