When your order is handed over to you or your representative, you must check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered.
Any damage to the packaging and/or products must be immediately notified to the courier. You can accept the package and sign the delivery note "goods received - unchecked" and give it to the courier. Alternatively, you can reject the delivery of the product.
Please note that it will be your responsibility to report within 8 days any problem concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, and/or completeness of the products received to GIGLIO.COM, by sending an e-mail to customercare@giglio.com or a registered letter to the address via Giovanni Ferro Luzzi, 3 - 90143 Palermo, or alternatively a certified e-mail to the address giglio.com@pec.it, so we can report the incident to the courier of reference.
