When your order is handed over to you or your representative, you must check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or products must be immediately notified to the courier. You can accept the package with a subject to verification of content declaration that you need to issue to the courier. Alternatively, you can refuse the delivery of the product. You also undertake to report any problem concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, and/or completeness of the products received to GIGLIO.COM, by sending an e-mail to customercare@giglio.com or a registered letter to the address via Giovanni Ferro Luzzi, 3 - 90143 Palermo, or alternatively a certified e-mail to the address giglio.com@pec.it, so we can report the incident to the courier of reference.
