Invoicing

All orders shipped within the European Union (EU) don't include the invoice. All orders shipped outside the European Union include the invoice.

Duties and taxes

Read the list of countries where duties and taxes are included or not included in the table that you can find in the Shipping Fees section.

In countries where duties and taxes are marked as included in the final price, you will not be required to pay any additional fees. Please be aware that shipping to some countries may require a POA, i.e. granting a customs broker the authority to process Customs clearance on your behalf. This may constitute an additional fee. The type and amount of these fees vary depending on the country and they can't be calculated at checkout by us.

In countries where duties and taxes are marked as not included in the final price, you will be required to pay import duties and sales taxes directly to our courier. Please keep in mind that the total price of our items doesn't include VAT.

Other additional customs duties and taxes that we are able to calculate in advance will be shown in your cart before you complete your order.
