Returning one or more items on GIGLIO.COM is very simple. You can return your item(s) - unworn, undamaged, and unused - within 14 days from delivery.

Log in to your account and go to your My Orders section, you can select and the items you want to return and choose how you want to receive the refund.

Please keep in mind that items can't be exchanged.
