For one of the following reasons:
- During certain times of the year, due to a large number of orders, the processing time can extend to a few days.
- In those rare cases in which an item is in one of our peripheral warehouses, the delivery times may be slightly delayed.
- If you have paid by bank transfer, your order will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account. Send a copy of the payment to customercare@giglio.com to reserve the items you purchased.
