If an item is located at one of our detached warehouses, delivery times may be slightly delayed, because it will have to be sent to our headquarters, then be checked and prepared for shipment.

When your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code, and you will be able to monitor the status of the shipment.
